Plains Art Museum to receive NEA Art Works funding to support Moorhead Power Plant project

Plains Art Museum will receive $50,000 in grant funding from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) through that agency’s Art Works funding program. The funds will be used to develop an environmental work of public art using the site of the now-defunct Moorhead Power Plant as a part of the Museum’s Defiant Gardens for Fargo-Moorhead initiative.
