When this photograph was taken, Jacobson admits, he was thinking more about landing a bass than a good photograph. But the two go hand in hand with this image. The junk left behind by former tenants when Long Lost Lake flooded in the early 90s serves another purpose: fish habitat. Jacobson works as graphics director at Plains Art Museum.
