The impressionistic Opera Singer is composed of a layered and textured background made from acrylic paint, a main figure created using Miles’ fingertips, and a foreground design made using a handmade stamp. All of these elements, much like her subject, work in a melodic fashion. Miles is an active charter member of the Red River Watercolor Society.
