Kiln-Cast Glass Vessels

Class time: Wednesdays for 6 weeks: June 21 – July 26, 6 – 9 PM

Learn the basics of the ancient process of casting glass! Participants will design and sculpt a small to moderate sized vessel, then create an investment mold for the casting. Learn about the modern firing and annealing process as they are casted in our kilns, and then learn to de-mold, “cold work,” and polish your casting.
