For Immediate Release (January 2017)
Fargo, N.D. – Plains Art Museum in Fargo is elated to announce upcoming dates for Kid Quest, one of the region’s largest and highest quality family programs.
Kid Quests are free family events that transform Saturday afternoon visits to the Museum, and its Katherine Kilbourne Burgum Center for Creativity, into fun exploration and art making. Kid Quest events are led by teaching artists and professional educators and utilize high quality materials designed to provide meaningful art experiences for families with elementary school-aged children. Artistic inclination is not necessary – just a desire for inspiration!
Registration is required by calling (701) 551-6100 or online at http://plainsart.org/learn/familyandcommunityprograms/. Registrations open approximately 1 month prior to the event date. Upcoming Kid Quest events are as follows:
Saturday, January 7, 1 – 4 pm
Great Art Free for All
Saturday, February 4, 1 – 4 pm
Saturday, March 4, 1 – 4 pm
Saturday, April 1, 1 – 4 pm
Kid Quests are free, high quality, and popular thanks to generous support from Xcel Energy and Minnesota Public Radio.
