This fall, Plains Art Museum will feature selections from our Permanent Collection relating to aspects of the supernatural. Historically, humans have sought to understand the connection between the tangible and intangible. In so doing, art has provided opportunities to extend various understandings and explore certain connections. This exhibition, in the spirit of Halloween, will touch on themes of death, uncanny spaces, and celebrate the human spirit and its intangible resonances.
