Plains Art Museum presents Art Camp 2026, highlighting the creativity of North Dakota K–12 students through a vibrant exhibition of their artwork. Students in grades 9–12 will also take part in Art Camp at NDSU, presented by NDSU’s School of Design, Architecture, and Art, where they’ll engage in hands-on workshops led by local artists and designers.

Made possible through the collaboration and support of Plains Art Museum, NDSU, the North Dakota Art Education Association, and the North Dakota Council on the Arts.

This installation was created specifically for the atrium at Plains Art Museum as part of the exhibition Convergence: Health & Creativity. Inspired by Labovitz’s research on the psychological benefits of art, this piece celebrates the connection between art and well-being.

The S.P.A.C.E. (Sculpture Pad Art Collaborative Experiment) project is a public art initiative led by Plains Art Museum in collaboration with NDSU, MSUM, and Concordia College. Sculptures are displayed for two years.
