The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards Ceremony recognizes all North Dakota winners of the 2016 – 17 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and celebrates work by writing and visual art winners on display in the Museum’s Starion Gallery. Plains Art Museum and the Red River Valley Writing Project work together as the state affiliate for the contest.
