Panelists: Kurt Perschke, artist, RedBall Project; Colleen Sheehy, director, Public Art St. Paul; Nicole Crutchfield, city planner, City of Fargo; Simone Wai, community builder and co-founder of Folkways; moderated by Brad Bachmeier, artist, and Professor of Art, Minnesota State University Moorhead.
