Spirit Room Presents: Healing Art Series at Plains Art Museum. Experience the art of healing in a serene environment, surrounded by Anne Labovitz’s exhibition inside the third floor gallery. Join us for eight different well-being sessions designed to inspire and restore.

Mondays for eight weeks: March 24 – May 12, Noon – 1 PM, Free

Experience a gentle yoga practice that nurtures the body and mind with smooth, gentle postures. Ashley Thornberg will guide you through slow, supportive postures and breath-focused exercises to enhance mobility, ease tension, and encourage deep relaxation. This class offers a peaceful space to stretch, unwind, and feel refreshed.
