Reinvented Space: Mindful Movement

October 20, 2021, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Reinvented Space is a method of practicing movement. We explore innovative ways of moving by responding to what is happening in our space with intention and purpose. We learn to understand patterns within ourselves to create positive changes in our lives and others. The art of Reinvented Space is to learn to heal and help each other learn to adapt to life’s every changing circumstances with support and encouragement. Instructors will guide participants through a series of both structured and improvisational movement exercises. Included in each practice will be time to set intention, exploration, and reflection. Classes will include movement with verbal guidance along with moments of music and motion. $10 per person.

Treaties are living documents that are "the supreme law of the land" and remain legally binding agreements that establish the political relationship between Native Nation and the United States government. These agreements have established land boundaries, resource rights, reservations; they determine Tribal Nation citizenship and outline mutual obligations.
