What is Paella?
Paella is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. For this reason, it may be seen internationally as Spain’s national dish, but Spaniards almost unanimously consider it to be a dish from the Valencian region; those who live there, in turn, regard paella as one of their identifying symbols. Paella can vary in many styles and flavors. Below is a list of the Paellas the chefs have come up with for you to enjoy at the Winter Party.

FREE for Members, Partners, Exhibiting and Native Artists, $10 nonmembers, $5 students

They Promised Things to Each Other

Treaties are living documents that are "the supreme law of the land" and remain legally binding agreements that establish the political relationship between Native Nation and the United States government. These agreements have established land boundaries, resource rights, reservations; they determine Tribal Nation citizenship and outline mutual obligations.
